Refund policy

At Bat Boys Club, every order is checked before dispatch. Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product received by the customer.

To raise a claim, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. The shipping label, sealed packaging, product, and reported issue must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Unboxing Video Required: Transit damage, missing-item, or wrong-product claims may not be approved if a complete unboxing video is not available.
  • Replacement First: Once the claim is verified, we will generally provide a replacement. A refund may be considered only where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be unused and in their original condition with packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items.
  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: Returns for reasons such as “I don’t like it,” “I changed my mind,” or ordering the wrong variant are not accepted unless required by applicable law.
  • Customized Products: Bats personalized with a customer name or other customization are not returnable or exchangeable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order.
  • Used/Damaged After Delivery: Products showing signs of use, impact marks, scratches caused after delivery, misuse, modification, or accidental damage are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Minor Appearance Differences: Slight variations in colour caused by screen/display settings or normal manufacturing variation are not treated as defects.
  • Verification Required: Sending photos or a video does not automatically approve a claim. Our team will review the evidence and order details before confirming eligibility.
  • Return Shipping: For an approved damaged/defective/wrong-product claim, Bat Boys Club will provide return instructions. Do not ship the product back without approval.
  • Refunds: Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected, using the applicable payment method/process.

Important: Please record the complete unboxing of your order before opening or using the product. This helps us verify genuine transit-related issues quickly.
