Products customized with a customer name, text, or other personalization are made specifically for that order.
Therefore, personalized products are generally not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange due to change of mind, spelling entered incorrectly by the customer, or personal preference.
If the customized product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer may contact us for review.
Customers are responsible for checking the spelling and personalization details before submitting the order.
